Common questions

Before the doors open.

What happens if the venue connection drops?

Preload the app and guest roster first. The scanner can check signatures locally and queue activity. Separate disconnected scanners may not see each other's latest scans; reconnection reconciles queued activity and records any server refusal.

Can different passes use different gates?

Yes. Pass types, admission periods and checkpoint permissions define access for each credential.

Can I bring an existing guest list?

Yes. Import guests or collect event registrations, then review approvals, groups and custom fields in the event workspace.

Can guests keep a digital ticket?

Guests can use downloadable tickets and the Guest Portal wallet. A cached portal ticket may be stale until it reconnects.
